Love is colder gives a solemn concert at HAMBURG INDEPENDENT NIGHTS, several record labels try to deal with the band. In the same year the band signs a contract with HYPNOBEAT.

The EP WILD WORLD as the debut of Love is colder gives an insight into the musical style as it will be characteristic as for the album TEIGNMOUTH that was intended for the same year. WILD WORLD appears exclusively on vinyl.

The first album TEIGNMOUTH is published.

HYPNOBEAT founds HYPERIUM RECORDS and starts the so-called Heavenly Voices Series based on music of Love is colder. These series will be well-known later.

Love is colder gives a concert at the DOKUMENTA in Kassel.

The 2nd album MENTAL TRAVELLER is published.

1993
Love is colder splits. Sven devotes to his own project IN DEYAGORA together with Ralf Jehnert. Ralf Donis becomes co-founder and front man of THINK ABOUT MUTATION. But Love is colder continues to exist and goes on with Maik, Susann and Andrew Porter, formerly the drummer of ROSE OF AVALANCHE.

1994
The 3rd studio-album OXEIA. The international popularity strengthens. The band goes on tour to South-America.

1995
The preference for the use of video-technology in live-concerts is conceived with TEXTURA IMAGINA by the cooperation with Peter Barczewski more considerably than it was the case before. For the first time elaborate films, based on the computer, and three-dimensional artificial picture-worlds become a part of the live-conception.

The CD-maxi SPELLBOUND is directly connected with the previous release of the CD OXEIA.

A review about the former artistic work of Love is colder will be published with the compilation AUTER. Susann Heinrich and Andrew Porter leave the band and Maik starts a cooperation with Manuela Budich. In the meantime Sven and Ralf give their first concert with IN DEYAGORA. Shortly after there are considerations with Maik Hartung concerning a renewed teamwork. In the same year it comes to the association.

1997
Love is colder decides to part from HYPERIUM RECORDS as of now.

1998
The dependency on the restrictions of expensive rental studios within a given time is removed by the structure of an own sound-studio which is in accordance with the high-quality claim of the band. Only in this way protracted artistic productions like the album ATOPOS which will be published in 1998 are possible.

1999
Since 1997 an intensive cooperation with CHROM RECORDS has taken place. But there is no commitment to a contract.

1999
The 4th production ATOPOS - that is most elaborate one - is published. Manuela Budich takes over the female singing voice of this album.

1999
Love is colder starts its own disk-label with IN DEYAGORA MUSIC.

2000
The work with the 5th studio-album ECLIPSE has been started.

Susann gets back to the band after her parental leave (Emily).

2002
Love is colder starts the cooperation with SAN DIEGO MUSIC.

2003
The 5th album ECLIPSE is released on 25th May. The presentations of ECLIPSE at Völkerschlachtdenkmal Leipzig and at Wave-Gotik-festival in Schauspielhaus Leipzig become the demanding live-concerts of the band.
The brilliant percussionists Anja Herrmann and Michael Metzler (both with SARBAND among other bands) can be won for live-performances. Together with the animations of our intimate friend and video-artist Peter Barczewski concerts are produced in which the musical and the pictoral expression is combined.
